The Blake Pier originally located in Central was demolished in 1965 and its roof was relocated to a park in Kowloon. It was put up again at Stanley with adaptive re-use of the old roof and was recommissioned in July 2007 to provide berthing for leisure and tour service vessels.

Elegant Jamiah Masjid Mosque is the oldest mosque in Hong Kong. It was first built in 1890, rebuilt in 1905 and is still standing tall and gracefully at Shelly Street by the Mid-Levels Escalators in Central.
