I’m not sure but I guess we don’t have anymore of those coin-operated parking meter in Hong Kong. This is the new type of meter and people pay by using their saved value smartcard called Octopus Card

For a moment there I was confused. I looked like it was laying on the floor amongst some roots but now I’m guessing that is a wall with stuff growing up it.
