So here it is, the new home!
There are still lots of things to do…it’s very much like unpacking stuff after a move — it can take a few months 
and I’m new with this blogging platform so it’s like losing sense of direction in a new house sometimes.
From the old site…I have imported all the posts here so you may still browse the archive, but mind you, some of the photos may not load properly as yet, so bear with me.
It will be a long and slow process for me to fix everything the way I like…for example, for the recent posts section underneath, I would like to have photo thumbnails to show up as well! (if any web design or wordpress experts out there know how, please let me know)…
For the time being, the comment form is acting funny on my FireFox WinXP environment but the comment will still post. If you run into problem browsing and commenting please let me know (email: hongkongdailyphoto”at”gmail.com).

By the way, what a beautiful image for a start! Maybe a border to the image will be a minor fix and leaving the rest as is. I agree with Ham. Minimalism looks great.

Yes, I’m having fun (and headache at the same time) doing my setting up and interior decoration as Ed put it…so bear with the pages, categories, and old photos which may not be working as yet. Enjoy the daily photo and again your inputs are welcome!
About today, I’m using the auto function of WordPress to post at a preset time…let’s see if I have got it right,

November 22nd, 2006, at 9:30 pm #Lisi, I really like the clean, minimalist design of your new home. I am sure you will find WordPress a little hard at first, but the power you obtain from this tool is incredible.
The only thing I recommend you put back in somewhere is the Calendar; it could be to the left of this comment box. The calendar makes for such a great navigational tool for blogs that publish every day. For instance, from here I could click on the 22nd of the month and so on.
But, so far I like it and like it a lot.
I knew about this domain, because I found it a while back, I am glad you actually you use WP for it.

November 29th, 2006, at 9:26 pm #One more thing, put the feed of the recent entries with thumbnails AFTER the category-pemalink-comments line. The way you have it right now, it feels disconnected somehow. Just a thought.
